Founding Partner
German qualified lawyer (Rechtsanwalt) Sebastian Ernst is founding partner of "Ernst & Kollegen". He has advised on Russian-related business law issues since 2004. Before founding "Ernst & Kollegen", he worked for a consulting company in Munich and then spent three years with a leading German law firm first in Moscow and then as Head of the firm's CIS-Desk in Frankfurt am Main. He speaks and publishes regularly on Russian business law.
Sebastian holds a law degree (state examination) from the University of Constance (Germany) and is admitted to the bar in Germany. During a year abroad at University of Warwick (United Kingdom), he studied law and economics and acquired Certificate in English Law (CEL).
Besides German, Sebastian is fluent in English, Russian and French.
